The West Indies bounced back from their 5-0 series whitewash at the hands of Australia thanks to a simple 27 run victory to win their one off t20 International match against the Aussies at the Gabba in Brisbane.

The t20 World Cup Champions were in explosive form with the bat smashing 191-6 runs at the Gabba with Johnson Charles leading the way with a quick fire 57 after the early loss of Chris Gayle (8).

Darren Bravo (32) and Kieron Pollard (26) offered support to leave a make shift Aussie side with a run chase of 192 to complete a winless tour for the West Indies.

Adam Voges led the chase with a quick fire 51 from just 33 balls which included two boundaries and two sixes but with wickets falling at regular intervals the Aussies were restricted to a total of just 164-8.
